'Hit those who talk of alliance with BRS'

'Hit those who talk of alliance with BRS'

Former Telangana BJP chief and Member of Parliament, Bandi Sanjay Kumar, firmly rejected any possibility of an alliance with K Chandrashekar Rao’s party, the Bharat Rashtra Samithi (BRS).

During his address at the Vijaya Sankalpa Yatra in Karim Nagar, Bandi Sanjay Kumar urged party workers to strongly oppose any discussions regarding a BJP-BRS alliance, even suggesting that such individuals should be chastised.

Dismissing the notion of aligning with KCR’s party, Bandi Sanjay Kumar emphatically stated, "Hit those who talk about BJP-BRS alliance with slippers."

He further emphasized that aligning with the BRS would be akin to boarding a sinking ship.

Expounding upon his stance, the BJP MP invoked religious sentiments in his speech, urging the audience, particularly the "disciples, descendants, and devotees of Ram," to cast their votes in favor of Prime Minister Narendra Modi.

In a provocative statement, he added, "Those who are not devotees of Ram, who wish to see Babri Masjid instead, should vote for Congress, BRS, or other parties."

With the Lok Sabha polls just weeks away, the BJP in Telangana is set to organize 'Vijaya Sankalp Yatras' across the state from February 20 to March 2.

It's worth noting that the BJP had secured victory in four constituencies in the state during the 2019 General Elections.
