Balakrishna, The Unbearable Pain In TDP's Head

Balakrishna, The Unbearable Pain In TDP's Head

After assuming power and defeating their opponent YCP; the leaders like Chandrababu Naidu, Lokesh and even Pawan Kalyan have avoided using unparliamentary language in public meetings. That reflects maturity.

But Balakrishna, despite being a three time elected representative from Hindupur, still calls former Chief Minister Jagan Mohan Reddy a “psycho” in the Assembly. This points to his identity crisis, inferiority complex and frustration.

In his address, he complained that his own party cinematographer Kandula Durgesh placed him ninth on the list of film celebrities meeting the current Chief Minister.

That revelation came only through his words, another example of his feeling neglected and belittled within his own party.

Notably, he was never offered a ministry despite being a three-time MLA. This could be another frustration.

When Chandrababu was in prison, Balakrishna tried to lead the party, even sitting in CBN’s chair at the office, but members slowly sidelined him under Chandrababu’s advice. This reflects his true standing and value in TDP.

First, his own party heads and leaders should appear as psychos for Balakrishna than anyone else.

But let us ask, how can he call Jagan Mohan Reddy a psycho?

- His own brother-in-law Chandrababu never honored late NTR in his regime, while Jagan named a district after NTR. Does that justify labeling Jagan a psycho?

- In 2005, when Balakrishna was stuck in a shooting case, it was Y S Rajasekhara Reddy, Jagan’s father, who helped him out despite going against dharma. Is that really a reason to brand Jagan, the son of YSR, a psycho?

- Jagan has never spoken abusively about Balakrishna or his family. Can such actions warrant calling Jagan a psycho?

- When Akhanda was releasing, Balakrishna requested a hike in ticket prices, and Jagan obliged without hesitation. How does any of this make Jagan a psycho?

Balakrishna himself has a controversial record. He was allegedly certified by a mental hospital, involved in questionable advertisements and accused of inappropriate public comments such as advising youth to impregnate women or kiss them whenever they come across them.

He has manhandled fans, delivered incoherent speeches and cannot sustain shows like Unstoppable without writers. Yet, sitting in the Assembly, he dares to brand an ex CM a psycho.

Today, Balakrishna is being targeted widely, with many videos criticizing him. He has become a liability to TDP, a pain in the head of the party.

As a staunch believer in astrology, he should perhaps seek remedies through rituals or gemstones to control his tongue before it damages his own standing further.
