Watch: Comical dismissals in T20 prompt ICC Investigation

Shocking footage of a match have surfaced on social media prompting an immediate investigation by the International Cricket Council (ICC).

The ICC announced an investigation through its anti-corruption unit into a match from the T20 Ajman All-Stars League, held in the United Arab Emirates.

In the fourth match of the tournament, played between Dubai Stars and Sharjah Warriors, batsmen can be seen throwing their wickets away courtesy to bizarre run-outs and shocking dismissals.

In a match played on January 24, Sharjah Warriors put a modest total of 136 runs from their quota of 20 overs.

In reply, Dubai Stars were bundled out for just 46 runs as it looked like they are gifting their wickets away.

What was shocking to see, was that there were five stumpings and three runouts. The batsmen were getting dismissed in the most unexpected manner.

The manner in which the dismissals took place, is something which even left the cricket fraternity stunned.

The cricket fraternity had some shocking reactions to the visuals of the match.

Former England skipper Michael Vaughan reacted to the video as he tweeted, "This is unbelievable."
