Ram Charan Demands Pay Hike for Next Film

Ram Charan Demands Pay Hike for Next Film

Ram Charan is reportedly looking at a higher remuneration for his upcoming projects, banking on the expected success of Peddi.

After the massive success of RRR, the actor has not had a clear box office win. Films like Acharya, where he shared screen space with Chiranjeevi, and his solo outing Game Changer did not perform as expected.

Despite recent setbacks and delays surrounding “Peddi,” Ram Charan is said to be confident about the film’s prospects. This confidence appears to be influencing his remuneration expectations for future projects.

According to industry buzz, Ram Charan has sought a pay hike for his next film, which is expected to be directed by Sukumar and produced by Mythri Movie Makers.

Reports suggest that the actor is aiming for a remuneration in the range of Rs 140 to 150 crore, higher than what he reportedly received for “Peddi.”

Comparisons are also being drawn with Allu Arjun, who is said to have secured a significantly higher deal structure for his recent projects.

However, sources indicate that the final paycheck for Ram Charan may depend on the box office performance of “Peddi.”
