
TDP leader and Chief Minister N Chandrababu Naidu’s son Nara Lokesh Naidu is all set to play a bigger role in the party and might even emerge as heir apparent of his father in the coming days.
Lokesh on Thursday took charge as TDP activists welfare fund coordinator at NTR Bhavan. He is getting a cosy chamber in the office, so that he would be actively involved in all the activities. He declared that he would be within the reach of party workers in the party office and strive to sort out problems.
Lokesh said he would utilize the welfare fund for grooming party workers into disciplined soldiers who would do good to the nation. He also assured that he would use the money to ensure cent per cent justice to every party activist.
On first day of taking over as coordinator for the welfare fund of party workers, Lokesh received Rs 2.85 lakh donations. Those who donated for welfare fund include Nova Institute chairman M Krishna Rao and T Reshma, an NRI from America donated 1000 dollars.
