Four persons including MVVS Murthy, a Member of Legislative Council (MLC) from Andhra Pradesh, died in a road accident in United States of America (USA) on Monday afternoon (USA local time).
Four other passengers, who were travelling the car, suffered serious injuries in the crash.
The other deceased have been identified as Velivolu Basava Punnaiah, Veeramachineni Sivaramakrishna and VBR Chowdary.
Kadiyala Venkataratnam, who was also with them, was severely injured and is being treated at a hospital in Alaska.
The accident took place when the car, they were travelling, collided with a truck coming from the opposite direction near 185 mile on the Parks Highway.
