YSR Congress party, which strongly opposed the bifurcation of Andhra Pradesh, has also decided to celebrate the formation of the Telangana State on Monday in all the 10 districts of the State.
The main function would be held at the Central office in Hyderabad. A decision to this effect was taken by the Telangana ad-hoc committee of the Party which met here on Sunday. Khammam MP P Srinivas Reddy said, “We will be part of the celebrations to usher in the new state of Telangana and will be part of the development process of the state by taking active part in rebuilding the State”.
“Our Party will celebrate the event across the ten districts of the State and we will work for the development of the state pushing forward for the YSR ideals,” he said.
