Union minister with independent charge and senior BJP leader Bandaru Dattatreya hopes to become an alternate force in Telangana to ruling TRS.
He feels that like in Maharashtra and Haryana, the saffron party will make inroads into people and come into power.
He says that he will tour every village and district to make this dream come true. Back in state, he was welcomed with a huge gathering by the state BJP leaders and Bandaru expressed these opinions on the occasion.
Well, a hot topic for discussion in political circles is that BJP coming to power in Telangana is not as simple as BJP coming to power in Haryana and Maharashtra.
Despite a huge BJP wave all over the country, BJP managed to secure merely 5 seats in Telangana. And this can also be attributed to its alliance with TDP.
However, by the end of five years, there will be anti-incumbency feelings among people. So, the saffron party will have to fight the situation and win their place.
If they do, then it will be nothing short of making history. But that is going to be tougher than said, feel political insiders.
