It is now official. Telangana political joint action committee is going to transform into a new political party in Telangana to fight the Telangana Rashtra Samithi government.
This was declared by none other than TJAC chairman Prof M Kodandaram, after the meeting of the committee to discuss the future course of action.
“We are contemplating launch of a new political party in the state. The TJAC would soon decide on the modalities of launching a political party,” he told the media.
As a precursor to the launch of the party, Kodandaram wants to hold a massive rally of the unemployed youth in the name of “Koluvula Kotlaata” in Hyderabad on November 30 with the permission of the court.
Kodandaram alleged that the State government was not giving permission to organize public meetings to highlight the people’s issues.
He said the TJAC could not hold the meetings in the past due to the oppressive measures of the TRS government.
The JAC would also organize ‘Amarula Spoorthi Yatra’ in Nalgonda district on December 9 and 10.
He said it was a difficult task to hold public meetings in Hyderabad and added that the government revive the Dharna Chowk at Indira Park keeping the problems of the organisers in view.
He also demanded that the State government announce job vacancies and release a calendar to fill the jobs.
Demanding that the State government pay equal salary to equal work, Kodandaram demanded that the Hyderabad Metro Rail Authorities give jobs to the locals.
