Does Telugu Desam Party president and Andhra Pradesh chief minister N Chandrababu Naidu regularly watch Telugu films?
Well, that is what his arch rival YSR Congress party president Y S Jaganmohan Reddy thinks.
According to him, Naidu watches all the four Telugu films every month, but not for entertainment.
“He watches four films released every month and if he likes any city in any of the film, he declared it as the capital of Andhra Pradesh. Thank god, he does not watch English films,” Jagan said in a sarcastic tone.
He pointed out that Naidu had a fascination for the cities in the world.
“If he goes to Jagan, he says he will make Amaravati like Tokyo. If he goes to Singapore, he claims to make Amaravati a Singapore city. But so far, he has not moved a single brick to build Amaravati,” he criticised.
The YSRC chief also accused of Naidu government for remaining blind to atrocities against women and girls.
“He does not take action even if innocent girls like Rishiteshwari falls prey to ragging in the colleges. There is no action even if Vijayawada turns a haven for sex rackets,” he pointed out.
Jagan said he would strive to get the good name earned by his father late Y S Rajasekhar Reddy among the people.
“I will rule the state in such a way that people will get the feel of YSR rule again,” he asserted.
