Congress leader and ex MLA Bharata Simha Reddy has been given Rs 32 crore notice by the government.

In its notice, the Telangana government has mentioned that as compensation for the irregularities in his business he was being charged Rs 3 crore and the rest of the amount was a fine which amounted to 10 times the actual amount.
So, in all, Bharata Simha Reddy is now be liable to pay the T government Rs 32 crores.
However, after confirming that he did get the notice, Bharata Simha Reddy has said that he would appeal in the court for justice. He maintains that the fine is KCR’s way of getting back at him and his family owing to political rivalry.
Bharat Simha Reddy further alleged that KCR meted out the treatment as he was not among the people who went up to KCR and praised him to the skies.
