Naidu Dumps Hyd; To Take Oath In Tirupati!

Telugu Desam Party president Nara Chandrababu Naidu may take oath as the Chief Minister of residuary State of Andhra Pradesh in the temple town of Tirupati.

According to sources, Naidu is considering taking oath on June 2, the Appointed Day, at Tirupati as he considers the town as lucky for him.

He, along with Narendra Modi and Pawan Kalyan, launched his campaign in Seemandhra region from Tirupati and returned to power after a decade. It also falls in his home district Chittoor.

However, the actual reason for Naidu choosing Tirupati is his utter opposition to the bifurcation of the State. During electioneering in Seemandhra, the TDP president vowed that he would not run the government from Hyderabad, as it was part of Telangana.

He also declared that he would not like to take oath in Hyderabad, as it might lead to a confrontationist atmosphere.

So, now, Naidu is planning to stick to this argument and shift the venue to Tirupati.
