Modi Trying To Unite Jagan And Pawan?

Prime Minister Narendra Modi and the top Bharatiya Janata Party leadership are trying to bring YSR Congress party president Y S Jaganmohan Reddy and actor-turned-Jana Sena Party president Pawan Kalyan onto a common platform and join hands with each other.

This is the strong observation of maverick Telugu Desam Party MP from Anantapur J C Diwakar Reddy.

He told media on Monday that the Central leadership is trying to forge an alliance between Jagan and Pawan, so that they could together pull down TDP president and chief minister N Chandrababu Naidu from power in the next elections.

“However, Modi’s attempts will not work out as both Jagan and Pawan want to become the chief ministers in the next elections. Though Pawan says he has no interest in political positions, his ultimate objective is to become the chief minister. And he has no interest to join hands with Jagan,” Diwakar Reddy said.

On the allegations of corruption against Naidu, the Anantapur MP said those who were making the allegations should first disclose what kind of corruption Naidu had indulged in, instead of making wild allegations.

“Even during YS Rajasekhar Reddy government, there were allegations against Naidu, but no case was proved,” he pointed out.

JC further predicted that Naidu would give seats only to hard-working and upright people.

“All those who failed to perform and faced charges of corruption would be denied the tickets. They have no option but to jump into the YSRC,”  he said.
