Jagan To Sack Raghurama Krishnam Raju?

Days are numbered for controversial YSR Congress MP from Narsapuram K Raghurama Krishnam Raju in the party, if the war of words between him and other party leaders are any indication.

According to sources, YSRC president and chief minister Y S Jagan Mohan Reddy has decided to take action against Raghurama Krishnam Raju for his comments against the party leadership and the decisions of the state government.

Sources said Jagan will issue a show-cause notice to the Narsapuram MP shortly and will suspend him later if there is no response or lack of satisfactory response from him.

It may be recalled that for the last few days, Raghurama Krishnam Raju has been making serious comments against the YSRC government.

He alleged that caste politics had reached its peak, while corruption, sand and land mafia were ruling the roost in the YSRC government.

He went to the extent of saying that he had joined the YSRC only after the party leaders beseeched him.

“I rejected their offer initially, but was forced to join the party for good or bad. It was because I contested from Narasapuram, the YSRC had won the seat. People had not voted for me on seeing Jagan’s photograph,” he claimed.

Raju even pitched for continuing Amaravati as the state capital city. He alleged that the YSRC leadership would instigate attack on him from his own caste leader.
