The Income Tax department is continuing its raids on film industry to unearth unaccounted money and tax evasion.
The other day, the officials searched the offices and residences of producers of "Baahubali" in Hyderabad. The officers reportedly found huge amount of unaccounted money at their offices.
Now they have raided on top distributors. Currently search is going in at the offices of Asian Films that recently bought rights of "Baahubali 2" for Nizam area.
Buzz is that the IT department would continue to do raids on all big Tollywood film personalities in Hyderabad.
With the news coming out that some of the industry folks routed the money to Vijayawada and Vizag, the officials are now planning to start raiding in big cities in Andhra. Big transactions are under scanner.
