Dubai Connections To Moinabad Drugs Party?

Dubai Connections To Moinabad Drugs Party?

There seems to be more to the Moinabad drugs party busted by Telangana EAGLE police on Saturday night than what meets the eye. Investigators and political observers are examining whether the gathering may have been linked to disputes over overseas investments, particularly properties in Dubai.

According to reports doing in a section of media, the party was held at a farmhouse belonging to former MLA Pilot Rohith Reddy.

Some sources claim that after the death of a controversial investor named Kedar—who was allegedly involved in facilitating investments in Dubai—several individuals may have gathered at the farmhouse to discuss financial matters related to those assets.

In the past, allegations surfaced that several politicians and film personalities had invested large sums through Kedar in Dubai’s real estate sector.

Kedar himself reportedly died under suspicious circumstances in a flat belonging to a television channel owner in Hyderabad, and there were claims that Rohith Reddy was present at the location at the time.

Reports suggest that several prominent individuals attended the recent farmhouse gathering. It is believed that discussions may have taken place regarding investments in Dubai amid geopolitical tensions affecting the region.

Sources indicate that a prominent real estate businessman from Delhi, a Hyderabad-based businessman, and a politically connected business figure were among those present at the meeting.

During the gathering, police from the Eagle task force reportedly conducted a raid at the farmhouse.

The situation allegedly led to dramatic developments including warning shots being fired, arrests, station bail, and remand proceedings.

Authorities are also investigating an incident in which four rounds of gunfire were reportedly discharged during the police operation. Fortunately, no injuries were reported.

Police are examining how a firearm licensed to one individual was allegedly used by another person to fire shots during the incident.

Investigators are trying to determine whether the shots were fired out of panic or in an attempt to escape from the location.

Law enforcement sources suspect that the Moinabad farmhouse owned by Pilot Rohith Reddy may have previously been used for similar gatherings.

Police are examining intelligence inputs suggesting that a drugs party may have taken place at the same location last month as well.

The presence of a sitting Member of Parliament at the location during an ongoing Parliament session has also raised eyebrows among both political observers and police officials.

Authorities are continuing their investigation into the background of the individuals who attended the party, the alleged use of narcotics, and possible links to financial dealings involving overseas investments.

Intelligence agencies are said to have already compiled preliminary information and submitted an initial report to the government.

As the probe progresses, the Moinabad drugs case has evolved into a politically sensitive issue, triggering debate about accountability, the influence of powerful networks, and the broader problem of narcotics use among influential circles in the Telugu states.
