Kannada actor Sudeep rose to fame in Telugu and Tamil with SS Rajamouli's graphical extravaganza 'Eega'.
After the film's release, many of Sudeep's Kannada films were dubbed into Telugu. Lately, speculations were made that Sudeep declined an offer to act in Superstar Rajinikanth's upcoming movie 'Lingaa'.
Sudeep clarified about this rumor and said "The news that I refused Lingaa is a false news. Earlier, there was a rumor that a role was offered to me. I want to clarify that no such role had come my way".
Infact Sudeep said that he is very much interested to be a part of Rajinikanth's films. Sudeep has remade Prabhas starrer Mirchi in Kannada and the film is declared as a blockbuster at Kannada box-office. He has acted and directed this Telugu remake.
