BJP Floor Leader Inching Towards TDP?

Bharatiya Janata Party floor leader in Andhra Pradesh assembly P Vishnu Kumar Raju is most likely to call it quits from the party shortly and might shift loyalties to another party before the coming assembly elections.

Vishnu, who has been staying away from party activities for quite some time, is learnt to have been holding meetings with his followers to decide his future course of action.

He also reportedly conducted a survey with 15 different questions in his constituency in Visakhapatnam, in which he reportedly got the feedback from the people that he would not win the elections if he continued in the BJP, but could retain his seat if he joins the TDP.

Vishnu admitted to media that he was indeed getting offers from other parties, but he had not taken any decision yet.

However, sources said he was inching towards the TDP, as he did not get a favourable response from YSR Congress party.

In fact, Vishnu had been adopting a soft approach towards the TDP for quite some time.

Couple of months ago, he even lavished praises on Naidu, while undertaking gallery walk along with Naidu and his family and other MLAs in the Polavaram project spillway.

He also had a lot of appreciation for Pattiseema project saying Naidu deserved praise for saving crops in Krishna delta in the last few seasons. He even lauded Anna Canteens launched by Naidu.

This led to the talk that he might tilt towards the TDP sooner or later.
