A Siddhanti (Hindu astrologer) had reportedly told Harikrishna some time back to take precautions for a certain period as his horoscope indicated Vaahana Gandam (possible road accident).
Although Harikrishna personally never believed in astrology, he trusted the astrologer after the demise of his elder son Janaki Ram.
Since then, Harikrishna had reportedly been taking precautions and it was one of his friends who used to drive the vehicle.
Even on the day of the accident, his friend had offered to drive the vehicle but Harikrishna; a master at the wheel said he would drive for only an hour or so and then give his friend the wheel.
At the ill-fated moment, he had turned back to take a water bottle from his friends in the back seat when the accident happened. One heart indeed goes out to the wife of Harikrishna.
Even before the family has recovered completely from the shock of Janaki Ram’s death, they have lost the family head in a similar fashion.
