Uttam's Delay Sparks Komatireddy's Exit

Time is precious, yet punctuality is often neglected in India. Those who value time tend to be irked when others fail to show up on time — seeing it as a sign of disrespect. Regardless of one's status, punctuality earns respect.

In Telangana, Minister Komatireddy Venkata Reddy was visibly upset after fellow minister Uttam Kumar Reddy failed to arrive on time for a scheduled visit.

Komatireddy waited for over an hour, eventually cancelling his participation in the tour as a mark of protest.

The plan was for Ministers Uttam Kumar Reddy, Komatireddy Venkata Reddy, and District In-Charge Minister Adluri Laxman to travel to Nagarjuna Sagar by helicopter from Begumpet Airport today. They had agreed in advance to reach the airport by 9 a.m.

Komatireddy and Adluri Laxman arrived on time, but Uttam Kumar Reddy did not. After waiting for an hour, Komatireddy lost patience and walked out in frustration.

Subsequently, Uttam Kumar Reddy and Adluri Laxman proceeded to Nagarjuna Sagar without Komatireddy. They lifted the dam gates and released water as planned. However, Komatireddy’s absence and his displeasure have sparked political chatter.
