Times Now survey, fabricated by CMO official?

Times Now survey, fabricated by CMO official?

The pre-election survey, disclosed by popular English television channel “Times Now” in collaboration with ETG political survey group, predicting 24-25 Lok Sabha seats for YSR Congress party in the coming Lok Sabha elections was manufactured and fabricated by the agency having close links with an official in the chief minister’s office.

This was stated by perennially rebel YSR Congress party MP Kanumuru Raghu Ramakrishna Raju from Narasapuram. He said the agency whose survey was telecast by Times Now has connections with the CMO official.

“It is being operated by the CMO official’s wife. Everybody in the party knows it. The survey was done only to mislead the people and also the chief minister,” Raju said.

According to the YSRC MP, the party has the capacity to win only three MP seats – Araku, Rajampet and Kadapa. In all the other 22 seats, the YSRC would put up a miserable show, he said.

He wondered if Jagan has the confidence of winning 175 out of 175 assembly seats and 25 Lok Sabha seats, why he was changing the candidates in several seats.

“Does the YSRCP get more than 175 assembly seats, if he changes candidates?” he asked.

Raju said the release of survey in the name of Times Now would mean misusing its name and reputation to mislead the people.

“The CMO official is trying to fool the people with such fabricated reports from time to time,” he added.
