RRR Case Against Jagan Bail Posted To May 17

The petition filed by Narasapuram MP K Raghurama Krishnam Raju seeking cancelation of bail for chief minister Y S Jagan Mohan Reddy was posted to May 17.

The rebel MP had filed a petition in the CBI court asking it to cancel the bail for Jagan Mohan Reddy as he has chances of influencing the witnesses using the office of the chief minister.

As the CBI court admitted the petition, the advocates for Jagan Mohan Reddy and the CBI sought time for them to file a counter.

Following the request from them, the court posted the case for next hearing on May 17.

Raghurama Krishnam Raju, who won the Narasapuram Lok Sabha seat on the YSR Congress turned rebellious challenging the party and its leadership.

The differences between the MP and the party turned no point of return leading to the MP filing a petition seeking cancellation of the bail granted to Jagan in the CBI cases.

It is to be seen what the CBI court says and what the CBI counsels say when the arguments begin.

It is also to be noted what Jagan Mohan Reddy and his counsel say to counter Raghurama Krishnam Raju’s petition.
