He has forcibly collected the bills from farmers and when the farmers made a movement at Basheerbagh he made the police open fire on them and killed. CBN is such a demon in human form.
Subsequently YSR has come to power with the promise of free electricity and waiver of all electricity bills to farmers. He stood on his word and signed on the same file after swearing in as the CM.
