YSR Congress party president and Andhra Pradesh chief minister Y S Jagan Mohan Reddy, who has been facing strong criticism from the Bharatiya Janata Party leaders in the state on the capital shift issue, he received a surprising appreciation from none other than Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s brother.
The Prime Minister’s brother Prahlad Modi was in Andhra Pradesh to pay obeisance to Lord Venkateshwara at Dwaraka Tirumala in West Godavari district on Sunday and also Goddess Kanaka Durga temple on Indrakeeladri in Vijayawada on Monday.
At Dwaraka Tirumala, Prahlad Modi attended a spiritual meeting conducted by some OBC groups including Devatilakula, Gandla and Telakula communities. Speaking on the occasion, he was all praise for the chief minister.
He said Jagan was running the state in right direction and had complete knowledge of the people’s issues and problems.
Stating that he would bring the problems of the BC communities to the notice of the chief minister, Prahlad Modi said he was confident that Jagan would resolve all their issues.
The Prime Minister’s brother also said the BJP government would soon initiate steps for the construction of Ram Mandir at Ayodhya.
