As many as 14 ministers of the previous cabinet were dropped by YSR Congress party president and Andhra Pradesh chief minister Y S Jagan Mohan Reddy, while reconstituting his cabinet eight days ago.

As the new set of ministers are slowly settling in their new jobs, the curious question doing rounds in the media circles is what these 14 old ministers are doing now after losing their jobs.

We have seen how former irrigation minister P Anil Kumar Yadav created a hungama in Nellore district by holding a parallel meeting to counter newly-inducted minister from the district Kakani Goverdhan Reddy. He appears to have decided to stay aggressive in the district politics.

Nothing is heard much about the other dropped ministers. But interestingly, a couple of ministers got into social media with their strange activities.

One is former civil supplies minister Kodali Venkateshwara Rao alias Nani. He was, in fact, offered the post of AP State Development Board chairman by the chief minister soon after the cabinet reshuffle, but Kodali is learnt to have rejected the post politely.

He was latter made in-charge of the YSRC affairs in Krishna and Guntur districts. But since he has no activity or protocol of a minister, he is said to be relaxing. For the last two days, a photo of Kodali taking rest on a cot in cattle shed is going viral in the social media.

While his fans are saying he is relaxing in the cattle shed after being busy as a minister for the last three years, the Telugu Desam Party leaders are trolling him, saying Kodali was at last restricted to rearing cattle in the cattle shed.

Another dropped minister Pushpa Srivani, however, is now finding a lot of time to relax in her garden. Representing Kurupam constituency in Parvatipuram Manyam district, Srivani was a deputy chief minister in the Jagan cabinet holding a portfolio of tribal welfare.

Pictures of Srivani harvesting tomatoes and other vegetables in the garden in the backyard of her house at Chinna Merangi village of Jiyyamma Valasa mandal are also doing rounds in the social media.

She posed for photographs with the vegetables she has grown in the garden and posted them on Twitter. Well, at least she is doing some productive work, instead of playing silly politics!
