Jagan To Go All Out Against Judiciary?

Jagan To Go All Out Against Judiciary?

A sudden message from the Andhra Pradesh chief minister’s office that there would be an important press meet at Roads and Buildings guest house at 7.30 pm on a very important issue has generated a lot of speculations in the media.

It was not disclosed officially as to who would address the press meet, but the message from the CMO was that AP state government’s representative will address the media on important issues.

Apparently, state government’s principal advisor Ajeya Kallam would address the press meet along with legal experts including advocate general Subrahmanyam Sriram. May a couple of YSRC leaders like Botsa Satyanarayana might be present at the press conference.

The authorities are tight-lipped over what those “important issues” would be. Initially, there were speculations that it could be about the arrest of a high-profile Telugu Desam Party leader in connection with Amaravati land scam or AP Fibre grid scam.

But later enquiries revealed that the advisor is going to make all-out attack on judiciary for making strong comments against the Y S Jagan Mohan Reddy government, apart from making some startling revelations about the alleged shady deals about a top judicial officer from Delhi, who is said to be favouring the Telugu Desam Party.

If it is true, then it is evident that Jagan has declared a virtual war against judiciary and is prepared to face the consequences thereon. May be, he had already briefed the powers-that-be in the Centre before deciding to target the judiciary.

Let us wait and see what is going to happen.
