Jagan cares a damn for Prashant prediction!

YSR Congress party president and Andhra Pradesh chief minister Y S Jagan Mohan Reddy has declared that he cares a damn for the prediction made by his erstwhile strategist and founder of Indian Political Action Committee (I-PAC) on the outcome of the just-concluded assembly elections in the state.

In an interview to popular news anchor V Ravi Prakash of digital channel RTV just two days before the polling, Prashant Kishor said Jagan Mohan Reddy is going to face a huge defeat and indicated that the YSRCP might come down from present 151 seats to 51 seats.

Reacting to Prashant Kishor’s observations, Jagan said he would not go by individual’s predictions.

“Individuals don't matter, it's the I-PAC team that matters,” Jagan said, addressing a gathering of I-PAC team members as part of a thanks-giving exercise on Thursday.

On Prashant Kishore working with opposition Telugu Desam Party, the YSRCP president expressed confidence that the I-PAC team had done tremendous job in the elections and he believed that a team effort was better than an individual.

He lauded the services of the I-PAC for the YSRCP in the last one-and-half-years and told its representatives that the party will create history this time winning a greater number of seats than it won last time.

Jagan exuded confidence that the YSRCP would record a landslide victory this time as well and the results of June 4 will make the entire country stand up and look at Andhra Pradesh.

“We have won 151 Assembly and 22 Lok Sabha seats in 2019 and we will win more seats in this time to provide a much better government,” he said.

Stating that the services of the IPAC are invaluable, he said, YSRCP Government will do better to the people in the next five years and observed that the journey of YSRCP with IPAC will continue in future as well.
