The movie "Yatra 2" is set to release on February 8, 2024. The first look for this film is scheduled to be unveiled on October 9, 2023.
Interestingly, the first part of "Yatra" was also released on February 8, 2019, and this tradition is being upheld for the sequel.
Mammootty reprises his role as YSR in this second installment, just as he did in the first film. Additionally, Jiiva portrays the character of YS Jagan Mohan Reddy.
The first look poster carries a line that reads, "Nenevaro ee prapanchaniki teliyakapovacchu. Kaanee okkati gurtu pettukondi...nenu YS Rajasekhara Reddy kodukuni."
Directed by Mahi V Raghav, this film is evidently timed to coincide with the election season in Andhra Pradesh.
