Balakrishna fans attempted to sabotage “Mana Shankara Vara Prasad Garu” with their typical trolling of the film.
This was reportedly in retaliation for some Chiranjeevi fans trolling the failure of “Akhanda 2.” However, Chiranjeevi fans immediately countered strongly, leaving Balayya fans with little response.
The main point highlighted was that “Mana Shankara Vara Prasad” achieved a collection of USD 1.5 million through premieres alone.
In contrast, even Balakrishna’s biggest hit in the USA could not manage to match this premiere collections of Chiranjeevi's film even with its entire theatrical run.
Akhanda (Part 1) and Veera Simha Reddy are noted in reports as part of Balakrishna’s most successful films in the USA, but they couldn't even touch the premier collections of "MSG" with their full run as well.
Based on this, Chiranjeevi fans mocked Balayya fans, stating that Balakrishna’s market and image in the USA are not comparable to Chiranjeevi’s.
Additionally, Chiranjeevi fans claim that the combined USA collections of all Balakrishna films still would not equal the collections of one successful Chiranjeevi film.
Not only fans, but even director Anil Ravipudi’s team has been aggressively supporting “Mana Shankara Vara Prasad,” countering the criticism and trolling by Balayya fans.
On the other hand, even YCP supporters are backing this film, leaving Balayya fans with no external support for trolling “Mana Shankara Vara Prasad Garu.”
As a result, this new Chiranjeevi film is enjoying a strong aura at the USA box office.
