On Monday, the Cyberabad Special Operations Team apprehended a woman in Narsingi and confiscated MDMA drugs from her possession.
The woman, identified as Lavanya, was apprehended after the SOT team gathered information from various sources.
According to reports, she is allegedly known to a young Telugu actor and had purchased the drugs on his behalf.
The seized drugs are currently under investigation, and the police are working to determine the source and the intended recipients.
Lavanya has been arrested and remanded, while the police, as per reports, are making efforts to apprehend more individuals connected to the case.
