Director Madan, who wrote the story of 'Aa Naluguru' and directed the films like Pellaina Kothalo and Pravarakhyudu breathed his last today.
As per the reports he suffered a brain stroke four days ago and was admitted into hospital. In spite of several efforts, the doctors couldn't save him.
Madan also directed the films Gunde Jhallumandi, Garam, Coffee with my wife and Gayatri.
He was born in Madanapalle and stepped into film industry as assistant cameraman at S Gopal Reddy. Eventually he turned a writer and emerged as a director.
Though Madan made fewer films, he made an impact on the Telugu film audience.
