Bhairavam, starring Bellamkonda Sai Sreenivas in the lead, is generating positive buzz, with the teaser, songs, trailer, and other promotional content receiving good response.
Directed by Vijay Kanakamedala and produced on a grand scale by KK Radhamohan under Sri Sathya Sai Arts, the film also features Manchu Manoj and Nara Rohith in important roles.
Sreenivas revealed how Rohith and Manoj came on board. “When I first discussed the role with Rohith, he instantly agreed. Later, when we saw Manoj in Mirai movie poster, we felt he would be a perfect fit for another key role and approached him. He loved the script too. Both were genuinely excited and matched their roles perfectly. It’s refreshing to see all three of us on screen, especially since we’ve all been on a brief break from films.”
There is a trance sequence in the trailer performed by Bellamkonda Sreenivas. The actor says it’s actually his favorite part of the film. “It has been brilliantly woven into the storyline and will be a surprising, emotionally powerful experience for the audience.”
He clarifies that the story is modified completely for the Telugu version. “Even if someone watched the Tamil version, they’ll find this one very different. We’ve retained only the soul of that story and completely reimagined it for Telugu viewers.”
Bellamkonda Sreenivas pins high hopes on Bhairavam to provide him and his co-stars to big break.
