Sreeleela is quickly becoming the top choice for big-budget films. The success of "Dhamaka," as well as her dance moves in the film, has made filmmakers realise her true potential.
At the same time, Tollywood's reigning queen, Pooja Hegde, has fallen out of favour. In the last two years, she has only had flops. Pooja Hegde is struggling to find new work after four consecutive flops.
Filmmakers who were considering bringing in Pooja Hegde now have a new option in the form of Sreeleela.
Sreeleela has already been cast in Trivikram's film, opposite Mahesh Babu. Buzz is that Sreeleela is also being considered for two Pawan Kalyan films.
She may perform a special song in the remake of "Vinodaya Sitham," starring Pawan Kalyan and Sai Dharam Tej.
In addition, Sreeleela's casting in "Ustaad Bhagat Singh" is being considered by director Harish Shankar. He had previously cast Pooja Hegde. But he appears to have changed his mind.
