Recently, producer Pranay Reddy - brother of director Sandeep Reddy Vanga - stated that the filming of Spirit would begin in October, as Prabhas is expected to wrap up The Raja Saab soon.
Despite the ongoing cine workers’ strike, Prabhas has been working continuously to complete the shoot of The Raja Saab.
However, fresh speculation suggests that Spirit may not begin production in October after all.
The unavailability of call sheets for some key cast members is reportedly causing scheduling issues.
Director Sandeep Reddy Vanga initially planned to begin filming scenes featuring Prabhas and a Bollywood star.
The official launch date will now depend on the availability of the Bollywood star's dates.
At this pace, Vanga could be occupied with Spirit until 2027, which might delay his plans to begin the next installment of Animal with Ranbir Kapoor next year.
