Her nutritionist, Nicole Linhares Kedia, revealed that Kiara stayed close to traditional home-cooked meals, while adjustments were made to increase her protein intake and maintain a moderate calorie deficit.
Her meals were planned carefully, with every small ingredient tracked, from oil to cheese. Breakfasts included oat and walnut flour pancakes enriched with protein, naturally sweetened, and topped with berries and homemade nut butter.
Lunches and dinners were colourful and fresh, featuring grilled chicken, light Indian curries, vegetables, and healthy fats like avocado.
