Script Craft - International Short Film Festival

Script Craft - International Short Film Festival

Pan-India superstar Prabhas has unveiled The Script Craft International Short Film Festival with a powerful announcement video, positioning it as a global movement for storytellers.

Known worldwide for delivering blockbuster films, Prabhas described the initiative as a career-defining platform rather than a conventional film festival.

Actively championing the project, Prabhas shared that The Script Craft is designed to democratise filmmaking and give creators from anywhere in the world a genuine starting point.

He emphasised that every voice and every dream deserves a chance. Supporting the initiative, his upcoming film directors—Sandeep Reddy Vanga, Hanu Raghavapudi, and Nag Ashwin—released videos highlighting the importance of storytelling, short films, and the vision behind The Script Craft.

The festival invites short films of two minutes or more across all genres from filmmakers around the globe.

The competition will run for 90 days, with winners decided based on audience engagement, including votes, likes, and ratings.

All submissions will also gain visibility among major production houses that are actively scouting new talent through The Script Craft platform.

Adding further strength to the initiative, Quick TV has partnered as the exclusive platform for emerging directors.

An internal jury from Quick TV will select 15 filmmakers and provide each with a fully funded 90-minute script, complete production support, and a global premiere on Quick TV.

Founded by Thaalla Vaishnav and Pramod Uppalapati, The Script Craft has opened registrations at TheScriptCraft.com, with more details expected to be announced soon.
