'Sarileru..' is about a soldier's social life: Anil Ravipudi

All said and done, director Anil Ravipudi is now busy with the promotions of ‘Sarileru Neekevvaru’ which is gearing up for January 11th release.

On Wednesday Anil interacted with the media and shared his thoughts on working for this film. “Sarileru will be like Sankranthi ‘Pindi Vantalu’ and a family can go watch the movie on a pleasant evening,” said Anil.

He added that he wrote the script of the film after meeting an army guy while travelling from Jodhpur to Hyderabad during the making of ‘Supreme.’

“It’s all about how a military guy experiences the day-to-day social life when he comes to his place from the borders.

The protagonist character is going to be different and probably this point is what Mahesh Babu liked too,” said Anil Ravipudi.

About wrapping up the film in quick time, the director replied that he always goes to the sets with bounded script.

“Last from March to May months, we have worked on the script and 20 days before the shoot, I narrated the entire script to Mahesh,” said Anil.

On working experience with Mahesh, he added he is always a director’s actor and in this film, his energy is going to be next level.
