Sai Dharam Tej has been working on his upcoming film “Sambarala Yeti Gattu” for over a year and a half, having taken it up soon after the release of Bro.
Initially scheduled to hit theaters on September 25, the release is now likely to be postponed.
With big-ticket films like OG and Akhanda 2 eyeing the same date, “Sambarala Yeti Gattu” may have to find a new release window to avoid a box office clash.
In the meantime, Sai Dharam Tej is gearing up to begin work on two new projects in an effort to make up for the time lost.
One of the films is expected to go on floors in October this year, while the second is set to begin production in January 2026.
Although Sai Dharam Tej is aiming for pan-India recognition, his immediate focus is on strengthening his market in Telugu cinema.
Aside from “Virupaksha,” his recent films haven’t made much impact at the box office, prompting the actor to re-strategize his choices and career trajectory.
The actor has also undergone a makeover, debuting a refreshed look that reflects his renewed approach.
