There was a big uproar some weeks ago when the Andhra Pradesh government stepped forward to sell the film tickets on its own portal.
Many people questioned the role of the government in controlling the ticket prices. But now, the situation of RRR is compelling many to demand for the control of government on the ticket sales.
RRR distributors and exhibitors are openly encouraging black marketing by pushing the fans of both the heroes to sell tickets at highest prices ever.
The artificial hype is created by blocking all the ticket sales on bookmyshow and selling the tickets only at the theater counters or through the references of fans at exorbitant prices.
This hype is in fact irritating the regular cine buffs. The non availability of tickets sometimes boomerang as the frustration of the film lovers compel them to spread the negative talk on the film.
The tickets are made unavailable since Saturday as the exhibitors intentionally blocked every seat, not letting any audience buy online.
So, now many are in the opinion that the government should come forward to regulate this artificial demand and black marketing as it is its role.
Many are saying that it would be better if the tickets are sold on government platform as this phenomenon will be followed by every big ticket film down the line.
