Kannada actor-director Rishab Shetty has ambitious plans to expand beyond his home industry.
He has already signed two Telugu films and one Hindi film, aiming to grow as a pan-Indian star.
With Telugu emerging as a major market, Rishab is now focusing on learning the language before starting “Jai Hanu Man,” the sequel to the blockbuster HanuMan.
His Kannada speech at the Kantara: Chapter 1 pre-release event sparked discussions, and he later promised to speak in Telugu soon.
Reports suggest he will hire a Telugu tutor recommended by his friend NTR and plans to dub his own lines for the film. He has also signed a project with Sithara Entertainments.
Rishab is reportedly receiving high remuneration for these ventures, making his focus on mastering Telugu a priority.
