Due to theatres shut down owing to second wave of covid-19, several small to medium budget films are going OTT way.
In the meantime, speculations are rife with the reports that, Ravi Teja’s ongoing film Khiladi too will release directly on a streaming platform.
Expounding to these rumors, producer Satyanarayana Koneru said, “There is no truth in the rumors of Khiladi releasing on OTT. Moreover, the film’s shooting isn’t yet completed. After things come to normality, we will resume the shoot and announce new release date.
Making it on grand scale, Khiladi is meant for theatrical release only. It indeed is the biggest budgeted film in Ravi Teja’s career. The film will be technically sound. Italy episodes will be major highlight.
Ramesh Varma is making the film unprecedentedly. Teaser too got tremendous response. Devi Sri Prasad has provided wonderful album. We will release songs one after the other.”
Meenakshi Chaudhary and Dimple Hayathi are the female leads opposite Ravi Teja in the action entertainer.
