There have been ongoing speculations about a rift between the Mega family and the Allu family.
Reports suggest that the entire Mega clan; including Chiranjeevi, Pawan Kalyan, Ram Charan, Varun Tej, Sai Dharam Tej, and especially Naga Babu; had differences with Allu Arjun after the Pushpa star publicly extended his support to a YSRCP candidate in Nandyal.
However, the families later appeared to reconcile. Allu Arjun reportedly visited Chiranjeevi to seek his blessings following the Pushpa 2 theater controversy.
Both families also came together during the demise rituals of Allu Aravind’s mother, with Ram Charan even staying at the Allu residence.
Pawan Kalyan too attended the Dasa Dina Karma, signaling that all was well again.
Recently, Allu Arjun’s absence at Upasana’s seemantham (baby shower) reignited the buzz.
But sources close to the family clarify that Allu Arjun did attend the ceremony, although his pictures were not released by Ram Charan’s team, and the official video also didn’t feature the Allu family.
According to insiders, while Chiranjeevi and Pawan Kalyan have moved past the election episode and maintain cordial ties with Allu Arjun, Ram Charan is said to still share a strained relationship with him.
Charan and Sai Dharam Tej reportedly keep things formal during family gatherings, but the warmth seems missing.
Whether time will mend this rift remains to be seen.
