After much dillydallying, Allu Arjun and Sukumar have decided to shoot in the Maredumilli forest area near Rajamundry. The team is already booking resorts in this area.
All the cast and crew will be deputed in a resort until they complete the entire first schedule. No one will step out, and others will not be allowed in the sets.
The total area will be blocked on the shooting spot to avoid getting contracted COVID19. The entire cast and crew will be quarantined a week before.
Recently, teams like “RRR” and “Love Story” have followed the same method to resume the shoots.
The makers were planning to commence the shoot in Kerala a few weeks ago. But Kerala is witnessing exponential growth in the number of COVID19 positive cases daily.
The state has seen a sudden jump in cases. So, the team has dropped the plans there and fixed Rajamundry as their shooting spot.
Allu Arjun is playing the role of a lorry driver. Rashmika essays a village belle’s character. Devi Sri Prasad is composing the music.
Mythri Movie Makers are the producers. Director Sukumar also shot much of “Rangasthalam” in this region.
