Prabhas is planning to demolish the existing farmhouse and build a luxury modern farmhouse. It will be like a mini 5-star hotel with high-end facilities.

A Mumbai-based architect will design the farmhouse. Prabhas has some ideas, and the architect will have to incorporate them.
