'Pathaan' Strategy: No Media Interviews!

'Pathaan' Strategy: No Media Interviews!

According to a tweet from trade analyst Taran Adarsh, the upcoming film Pathaan will not have any interviews with the cast prior to its release.

The movie, which stars Shah Rukh Khan, Deepika Padukone, and John Abraham, will rely solely on the release of songs and trailers for promotion. This approach is similar to that used for the recent film Drishyam 2, which starred Ajay Devgn and Tabu.

The stars of Pathaan have not participated in any media interactions recently, and John Abraham avoided answering questions about Shah Rukh Khan's appearance in the film during a press conference.

This lack of interaction has led to speculation about a possible rift between the cast members. Typically, film releases are accompanied by a promotional campaign featuring interviews with the cast. However, in recent years, such interviews have been criticized and used as a reason to boycott the films.

In a tweet posted on Tuesday, Taran Adarsh wrote: "Earlier Drishyam 2. Now Pathaan. No interviews to media persons during pre-release promotions. Relying on songs and trailers to do the talking. That's a wise strategy, a step in the right direction."

Trade analyst Taran Adarsh recently revealed that there will be no interviews for the cast of the upcoming film Pathaan leading up to its release.

Adarsh shared a screenshot of a previous tweet in which he proposed that interviews with actors be eliminated in favor of allowing the film's songs and trailers to speak for themselves.

Pathaan, which is produced by Yash Raj Films and directed by Siddharth Anand, is an action movie featuring Shah Rukh Khan and Deepika Padukone as agents on a mission to take down a terrorist organization led by John Abraham.

The film is set to be released on January 25th, and there has been no press or publicity from the stars thus far.
