Sujeeth is unlike most directors in Telugu cinema. In a span of 11 years, he has made only two films — Run Raja Run (2014) and Saaho (2019). Now, in 2025, he returns with his third project, OG, starring Pawan Kalyan.
That’s an unusually low output for a filmmaker, but each of his ventures has commanded attention.
Run Raja Run marked him as a fresh, smart storyteller. Saaho, though divisive, was a massive-scale action film with Prabhas. Though the film was not a commercial breakeven success, it made an impact.
Now, OG has fans excited again, given its sleek promos and Pawan Kalyan's strong screen presence.
Despite the long gaps, Sujeeth’s projects are ambitious and distinctive, showcasing a unique vision. Post-OG, he is all set to team up with Nani for his next.
Clearly, Sujeeth isn’t in a rush; he chooses to tell stories on his own terms, and that rare commitment to quality over quantity is what makes him truly stand out.
