It is well known that Hrithik Roshan and Jr NTR share a dance number in War 2.
The makers have not released the full song on YouTube, revealing only a 30-second snippet and teasing fans to watch the complete version on the big screen.
However, even this short clip sparked heated debate on social media. NTR fans claimed he outperformed Hrithik, while Hrithik’s fans from the North countered those claims.
Addressing the matter at the War 2 pre-release event, NTR clarified there was no dance competition between them in the song and that such comparisons were unnecessary.
“There is no competition between us in that song. The discussion about who danced better is pointless. When you watch it in the film, don’t try to see who won or lost in the dance. People on social media are spreading it wrong. I’m telling you the truth now; it’s not a song where two dancers compete, it’s a song where two dancers appreciate and celebrate each other,” NTR said.
Calling Hrithik Roshan the greatest dancer in the country, NTR said it was his privilege to dance alongside him.
NTR revealed that he worked with Hrithik for as many as 75 days on War 2. He assured fans that the film won’t feel like just a Hindi movie, but like a proper Telugu film as well.
He added that the movie is packed with twists and requested everyone not to reveal any spoilers after watching it.
