Kajal Aggarwal has been signed to play as the female pair of Megastar Chiranjeevi in Koratala Siva’s “Acharya”.
Just as she was readying to join the shoot, the lockdown was announced and since then Kajal has been waiting for the resumption of the shoot.
Besides Kajal Aggarwal, there will be another top actress. The actress will pair up with Ram Charan, who playing the role of a student leader in the movie. Kiara Advani or Jahnvi Kapoor will pair up with Ram Charan.
Kiara has already given her nod but she will confirm the movie based on her dates and when Koratala needs her to join the shoot. As another option, Janhvi Kapoor is being considered.
On the other hand, Regina Cassandra is doing an item song in the film. The song has already been canned.
Lately, social media is abuzz with the news that Tamannah is likely to play a key role in the film. But the makers have not responded to these reports.
As of now, two heroines and one item girl has been confirmed.
