The swing of big films that started after the three waves of pandemic is slowed down.
The films like Bheemla Nayak, RRR, KGF2, Radhe Shyam, Acharya and Sarkaru Vaari Pata were released and performed as per their might at the boxoffice.
F3 is coming to theaters this month ending and with that the swing of big films will come to an end for the time being.
From June we see the mid range films till August.
Adavi Sesh's 'Major', Nani's 'Ante Sundaraniki', Ravi Teja's 'Rama Rao On Duty' are coming up in June. The expectations are high for 'Major', a biopic based on Major Sandeep Unnikrishnan.
Similarly Nani's 'Ante Sundaraniki' is also raising expectations with its songs and teasers. The expectations are just ok on Ravi Taja's 'Rama Rao On Duty'.
Coming to July we are going to see films like Gopichand's 'Pakka Commercial', Vaishnav Tej's 'Rangaranga Vaibhavanga',Rana- Sai Pallavi's 'Virataparvam'. Interestingly all are releasing on July 1st. Naga Chaitanya's 'Thank You' is targeted for July 8th.
Ram's 'Warrior' is coming on July 14th and Nikhil's 'Karthikeya 2' is scheduled for July 22nd. Hit-2 is also planned to release in the last week of July.
August is going to see Bimbisara and Macharla Niyojakavargam.
So, these mid range films are going to test their luck at the box office. It has to be waited and seen how the target audience patronizes these films at the theaters owing to the ticket prices and the changed behavior of the audience post pandemic.
