Malayalam Cinema is turning out to be the go-to option for movie lovers during this lockdown. There are a variety of good films on offer from Malayalam cinema on various OTT platforms.
Netflix India’s latest addition to its collection is Dulquer Salman’s comedy drama Varane Avashyamund. There is not much story in this Anoop Sathyan’s debut vehicle.
He has created pretty enjoyable scenes and the talented star cast made them work like a charm. It is a time pass film that offers a few feel good moments and laughs.
It is not a ground breaking film like other Malayalam movies, but is sure worth streaming.
Zombieland Double Tap (2019)

Zombieland Double Tap doesn’t take itself serious and the director exactly knows what he is doing. It’s a film made for the fans of Zombieland that was made ten years ago.
Thanks to The Walking Dead series, even diehard Zombie movie fans have had seen more than enough of Zombie stuff. Obviously, there isn’t much to ‘tap’ into this genre anymore.
Hence, the director and writers have banked on creating fun scenes and jokes to make it an entertaining fare.
You may not like it just as much as the first one, but the fans of Zombieland can stream it in leisure.
